Agreement to Play

Entering NebulaEngine Social Casino initiates acceptance of these terms. Each visit reinforces this agreement. We retain authority to update these conditions, with changes active upon publication.

Arena Description

NebulaEngine operates as a free entertainment platform delivering social gaming experiences. All games use trophy points with no monetary value. Real gambling does not exist within our arena. We provide entertainment only.

Player Requirements

Arena access requires confirmation of eighteen years of age. By entering, you declare meeting this requirement. False declarations may result in permanent exclusion from our platform.

Player Conduct

Players agree to compete fairly within NebulaEngine. Prohibited actions include manipulating game results, exploiting system weaknesses, disrupting other players, and deploying automated playing systems.

Trophy Point System

Points within NebulaEngine serve as score tracking metrics only. They hold no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for real goods. Point balances may be adjusted without notification.

Arena Property

All NebulaEngine content remains our exclusive property. This includes game graphics, mechanics, sounds, and text. Players receive limited entertainment access rights only. Commercial use requires authorization.

Availability

We maintain our arena whenever possible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or close any arena feature.

Liability Limits

NebulaEngine is provided without warranties. We accept no responsibility for outcomes arising from arena usage, including technical issues, data concerns, or experience dissatisfaction.
